Rental Terms and Conditions


Minimum Stay :

The minimum period of a reservation is 4 to 6 nights and during peak period such as Christmas, New Year and Easter it is 10 to 14 nights.

Tariffs :

The tariffs for our villas are quoted in Euros, net of all bank charges, on a per night basis and includes government taxes applicable, and may vary depending on the period of the reservation.

N.B. These tariffs are subject to change at any time and without any prior notice (e.g. in cases of change to the current legislation, etc.)

The tariffs are valid for a confirmed number of occupants. Any change to the occupancy, during the night, will be subject to prior approval by Le Repos Consultancy Services.

Reservation´s Procedures

When we receive your request, we will confirm the tariff for the period you requested and reply to all your questions. As soon you confirm your interest for the villa, we shall put an option of 2 days for you. Once you confirm your reservation, we shall block the property temporarily for you (for a maximum of one week) during which we shall receive your payment, i.e. a deposit of 30 % either by bank transfer or by paypal.

Bookings are considered as firm only when the down-payments and balance payments are received in due time.

No reservation will be considered as firm and final until the total amount due has been received. We reserve the right to cancel a partly paid booking in case full amount is not settled in time and the down payment could be held as cancellation fees.

The balance of the reservation should be settled by latest 30 days prior to the expected arrival of the client in the property in Mauritius, failing which the conditions relating to cancellations will apply.

Payments :

All payments must be made in Euro by bank transfer  and as soon we receive your written confirmation, we will send our bank details for payment. No credit card is payment accepted.

Cancellations :

from 3 months to 1 year = 10%

from 45 days to 3 months = 20%

from 31 days to 3 months = 50%

less than 30 days = 100%

The time limit for any cancellation will be in accordance with the arrival of the client in the property in Mauritius. The penalties will apply according to a percentage based on the total of the reservation.

Service :

The tariffs of our beach villas include the services of one maid. The hours of work of the maid vary in relation to the beach villa. In all cases, the maid works in the mornings and in some beach villas, in the afternoons as well. The maid’s tasks include general cleaning of the villa, washing and ironing. At a supplementary cost, the maid can look after the children and also cook local Creole food. The supplementary rate is approximately Rs.150 or Euros 4 per hour which should be paid directly to the maid.


The owners of our villas provide toilet paper, soaps, dustbin bags for the arrival only. All cleaning products, gas, laundry powder for the house linen are also provided by the owner for the whole stay of the client.


Fireworks/firecrakers are strictly prohibited at villas with thatched roofs.

Client´s Responsibilities:

Parties, DJ, loud music, shouting, big lunches/dinners (i.e. exceeding the maximum occupancy of the villa) are NOT allowed on the premises unless prior approval of Le Repos Consultancy Services in writing.

The furnitures should not be moved around.

All lost of items and breakages will have to be reimbursed or replaced by the client.

Responsibility and Assistance during your stay:

The beach villas proposed by Le Repos Consultancy Services are owned by different proprietors who are duly registered or are currently in the process of being registered with the Mauritian authorities concerned.

Le Repos Consultancy Services works solely as an intermediary between the client and the proprietor of the beach villa.

Le Repos Consultancy Services will advise the proprietor of any malfunction should the occasion arise, but will not, in any case, be held responsible for any harm, prejudice, loss or damage caused to the guests namely if such harm, prejudice, loss or damage is caused by misleading information, non-conformity, malfunction of any appliance of equipment at the villa, incidents and accidental injuries caused to the guests while staying / using the villa and its premises.

In this respect, Le Repos Consultancy Services recommends that all children staying in our beach villas are adequately supervised, especially when making use of an unfenced or an uncovered swimming pool in the villa.
Le Repos Consultancy Services will not be held responsible for loss of client’s personal effects including money during their stay in the beach villa, particularly in cases of burglary. We recommends the client to make use of the safe/s provided in the villa.
Le Repos Consultancy Services recommends our clients to take all adequate insurance covers.


All settlement of disputes will be governed by the laws of The Republic of Mauritius.
