This charming little house is set in a lovely tropical garden and the property is fenced which ensures the privacy of its guests. From the swimming pool, a pathway leads to the beach which is 30 meters away. There is a double air-conditioned bedroom with its en suite bathroom on the ground floor, a well–equipped kitchen, a little sitting area facing the open kitchen, a well-furnished terrace that opens on the swimming pool. On the first floor, you access the second air-conditioned bedroom with en suite shower (+ bathtub) and a TV room with corner sofa + 1 sofa bed (for an extra child) that opens on a balcony.
