Les Résidences is a contemporary duplex apartment which is situated with 20 meters from the white sandy beach of Pereybere. There are only 4 apartments and 3 of them is on short term rental. The duplex is located on the other side of the road and the access to the beach can be seen from the balcony. Les Résidences is the perfect place if you are looking for a modern apartment, well equipped which is also serviced and close to the beach. The master bedroom opens on a balcony overlooking the garden in front. Guest will also benefit of a private parking and various activities in Pereybère within a few minutes walking distance.

1. The maid works in 3 duplexes from 09H00 to 13H00 from Monday to Saturday for cleaning, washing and ironing. No service is provided on Sunday and Public Holiday. However, she can come for a supplementary fee of 4 Euros per hour.

Baby-sitting can be ensured by another person at Rs.150/4 Euros per hour to be settled directly with her..
