I started my career in 2001 as an administrative secretary in a beach villa rental agency. My ease and interest in tourism have promptly oriented me into public relation and then as a manager. Since then, it has been my passion for tourism which has lead me to more than 20 years in this field. In 2017, I decided to create :Votre Villa (Represented by Le Repos Consultancy Services) to welcome my own clients.

I am present at the villa for the welcome, to introduce you to the staff, give explanation for the good functioning of the house, answer your questions and give you some goods tips and advice.
I take charge of my client as soon he/she arrives in Mauritius until the departure date. That way, the client benefit of a personalised service in the comfort of his/her villa.

I can organise your pick-up and the driver will drive you directly to the villa,studio or apartment. If you know well Mauritius, I can organise for your rental car to be delivered at the airport.

If any problem arises in the accommodation such as an appliance which is not functioning well, a break-down or a water problem, a maintenance person will look after it and I will be also reachable.

In brief, a permanent assistance to ensure the smooth running of your stay in Mauritius.

Services Offered in a Private Villa Rental

Each villa offer the services of a maid who works for 3 to 4 hours in the morning. She cleans the house, makes the beds, washes and irons the clothes. The maid can also ensure baby-sitting and cooking for a supplementary fee of Rs.150/4 Euros per hour. In some villas, a cook is included in the rental price. There is also a gardener and pool maintenance (accommodation with pool).

The owners of each villa/studio/apartment provide house linen including beach towels, water, electricity, gas and cleaning products during your stay. However, toilet papers and soaps are provided only for arrival and then you have to buy when it´s finish. Each accommodation has a maintenance service.

Personalised Services in the comfort of your Villa

Private shuttle

As the roads in Mauritius are not well indicated, I can organise your shuttle either by car or minibus (depending on the number of persons). The driver will wait for you at the exit door of the airport with your name written on a board and will drive you directly to your accommodation.

Welcome

It is always a pleasure to be welcome and to have someone who listens to you. Me or one of my representatives will be present on site to welcome you, to explain the good functioning of the house, introduce you to the staff. Please do not hesitate if you wish to get more information or book our services or proposed activities.

Chef

You want to enjoy a gourmet meal! No need to go in a restaurant. You can have a chef in the comfort of your villa during your stay or only for a lunch or dinner including the service of a butler. This service can be booked in advance or when you arrive.

Shopping Bag & Welcome Meal

After a long trip, the last thing you want to do is shopping. Your fridge can be filled on your arrival without any effort from your part. You can send your shopping list and a 15% service fee will be charged (excluding groceries´ cost).

A welcome meal is offered on arrival. If you arrive early morning, you will get a breakfast or if you arrive for lunch/dinner a meal will be serve. Please do inform me if you are vegetarian.

Spa

You are on holiday and you want to be pampered. What about a good massage or a beauty treatment without going out of your villa?

Car, Scooter and Bike Rentals

My partner offers various types of vehicles as from 25 Euros per day (inclusive of all taxes) on unlimited mileage and you can either request for your vehicle to be delivered at the airport or at the villa. Furthermore, baby or kids car seats are also available. Mountain bikes and scooters are also available.

Baby-sitting

You want to go out for the day or in the evening only among friends or with your partner! You can have the service of a baby-sitter. The rate is 4 Euros per hour during the day and as from 18H00 the rate is 6 Euros per hour (excluding transport) that you can settle directly with the her. For the transport, you can either call a taxi for her or drop her in your rental car.
